These bags were created to dry & process herbs. I fill the bags with fresh herbs from our garden, hang them in the pantry for two - three weeks and scrunch the bag over a bowl. All of the leafy parts come out through the holes - ready to use!
So easy & cool - they come in packages of three and are available in three different sizes. I use the large one as a veggie bag and for potatoes I rinse, wash & store right in the bag.
